I'm fortunate…and thankful to be the Vice-Chair of the Young Professionals Network (YPN) of the Seattle King County Realtors Association. This year, I've developed new relationships with other young professionals that live locally, and have found a new passion to give back to charity. A couple weeks ago, the YPN delivered a $15,000 donation check to Seattle Children's Hospital. We met with volunteers, heard the history behind the hospitals success, and toured the facility. While $15,000 is a small amount compared to many substantial donations they receive each year, we know that every dollar counts. The $15,000 was raised at our last YPN event, "Spotlight on Seattle" back in May, so we are especially grateful to all those that attended. As my business grows, I have every desire to give back even more. And as the YPN grows in our community, I know our group with do the same.
