More About Me

Experience.

Trish Coy is an active Broker, REALTOR® and co-owner of the Windermere Mercer Island office. She's a passionate local home expert, having lived in the region most of her life. Trish is a trusted REALTOR® for the Microsoft, Meta, Amazon and Swedish communities, proudly assisting many of their employees with transitioning into the area and finding their first Pacific Northwest home.

Trish is an advocate for homeownership. She was elected into a Director position with the Seattle King County Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors in 2014 and also served two terms as Vice President of Business Practices through 2018. In 2020, she served as Vice President of Operations for the Washington REALTORS®, a valuable, engaging role that was especially impactful during our 2020 pandemic. This Executive Committee helped to ensure the practice of real estate be deemed essential for brokers and the public. Trish is a Major Investor for the REALTOR® Political Action Committee, proudly supporting candidates who fight for homeownership rights, fair housing and smart growth. On a National level, she has served on several committees with the National Association of REALTORS® including the Public Policy committee, Diversity and Young Professionals Network Advisory Board.

In 2014, Trish was awarded the "One to Watch" award by the Seattle King County Association of REALTORS®. In 2017, she was awarded the "REALTOR Achievement Award." These awards recognize those who have demonstrated ingenuity, leadership and involvement in the community.

Expertise.

Trish is valued for her positive attitude, quick common sense, enduring patience, creativity, attention to detail and stellar communication. Not surprisingly, she's created valuable working relationships with other professionals in the business over the span of her 18 year career, including title and escrow companies, vendors, attorneys and lenders.

Enjoyments.

Trish holds a Bachelor's of Business degree from Northwest University in Kirkland, and loves spending time near her home in South Seattle.

She is strongly connected to her community through volunteerism. Her team, RAREnorthwest loves visiting and volunteering at KidVantage (formely Eastside Baby Corner) in Issaquah on a monthly basis. Seattle's Union Gospel Mission, Mary's Place, Attain Housing, The Burned Children's Recovery Foundation and Vine Maple Place are all organizations close to her heart. A portion of all her real estate compensations are donated to the Windermere Foundation, which helps fight homelessness and gives aid to low income families. In 2022, the Windermere Foundation raised an additional $4 milllion, which helped them succeed in raising a total of $50 million for their 50th Anniversary. Find out more at www.windermere.com/foundation.

In 2022, Trish was Chairperson of the Seattle First Citizen Event for the seventh consecutive year.  The Seattle First Citizen is the longest and most tenured civic award in our region celebrating it's 85th year. Created by REALTORS in 1939, the award highlights individuals and companies who have gone above and beyond in their leadership, civic duties and volunteerism to make our region a better place. Past recipients include individuals like Norman Rice & Dr. Constance Rice, The Honorable Slade Gordon, Lenny Wilkens, Mary Gates & Family, Paul Allen, Sue Bird and Tomio Moriguchi.

Energy.

When she's not enjoying time at her office or with clients, Trish is riding her Peloton, traveling with her family, or searching for the best coffee shops in Seattle.

Trish and her amazing team, RAREnorthest will make your home buying or selling experience fun and rewarding! The energy, professionalism and enthusiasm of the team is unsurpassed.
